Voyager Internet Referral Program Terms and Conditions - Business
1. Introduction
Join the Voyager Internet Referral Program to share our services with your network and earn rewards! When a business you referred becomes a paying broadband customer, you both get a $100 credit on your next bill.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Voyager Internet Referral Program (“Referral Program”) offered by Voyager Internet Limited (“Voyager,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) to customers (“Referrer,” “Referee,” “you,” or “your”) in New Zealand. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To qualify as a Referrer, you must be a current Voyager Internet business customer.
To qualify as a Referee, the new customer must not have been a Voyager business customer within the past 12 months and must sign up for a broadband connection.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Voyager cannot participate.
3. The Referral Process
The Referrer will be provided with a unique referral code (“Referral Code”) to share with other businesses. We may disclose your name to your referees as the referrer, and theirs with you. The Referee must enter the Referral Code at sign-up; the Referral Code cannot be applied afterwards. There’s no limit to the number of businesses you can refer.
4. Your Rewards
Once the Referee pays their first month’s invoice, the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $100 GST inclusive credit (“Referral Credit”) applied to their Voyager Internet accounts. This should happen within 30 days of the Referee’s payment. Referral Credits are not transferrable and have no cash value. Referral Credits can only be applied toward future Voyager Internet invoices.
5. Changes and Termination
Voyager reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Referral Program, or these Terms, at any time and for any reason. Any changes to the Referral Program or these Terms will be posted on our website. While Voyager will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to these terms (or termination of the Program), it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for updates.
6. Use of the Referral Program
You must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading, or activities in connection with or otherwise abusing the Referral Program. These include but are not limited to setting up an affiliate business using your Voyager Referral Code or using the Voyager Referral Code in association with any discriminatory or illegal material, or misuse of conditions on social media platforms where your referral code is posted.
If we suspect misuse, we can withhold or cancel your referral credits, and/or stop your participation in the program.
7. Limitation of Liability
Voyager is not responsible for any damages arising from your participation in the Referral Program, to the extent allowed by law.
8. No Waiver
Any failure or delay by Voyager in enforcing these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes resulting from your referral credits.
10. Privacy
Voyager may use your name, your business name and other non-sensitive information related to your participation in the Referral Program for promotional purposes, but we’ll ask for your permission first.
11. Law
You agree to comply with any applicable laws and the General Terms & Conditions for Consumer Services.
12. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of legal association between you and Voyager. You shall not have any authority to bind or commit Voyager in any way.
