LIT Network Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the promotional offer provided by Voyager (“Provider”) for residential broadband services within New Zealand. These Terms are in addition to Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Consumer Services and Voyager’s Consumer Broadband Service Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- This promotional offer is only available to fibre connections on the LIT Network infrastructure
- The promotional period for this offer is valid until December 2024.
2. Contract Term
- The promotional offer requires an initial fixed 12-month contract term. After the 12-month term expires, the account will move onto a no-term basis. Please note that 30 days’ notice will apply for cancellation.
- Early termination fee of $99 applies if the service is cancelled prior to the completion of the 12-month term.
3. Discount Period
- The special $15 per month discount off Voyager’s standard broadband price is valid for the duration of your contract.
- After the contract period ends, the $15 per month discount will be removed, and Voyager’s standard broadband price at that time will apply.
4. General Terms and Conditions
- Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Consumer Services and Voyager’s Consumer Broadband Service Terms & Conditions also apply to this promotional offer.
- If there is any inconsistency between these LIT Network Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, then these LIT Network Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
